What does the role of a Regional Interviewer involve?   TheZanyAmerica International Interviewer network is made up of over 400ZanyAmerica individuals - working in countries throughout the world from Australia to Austria from the UK to Ukraine. We are urgently seeking to recruit new interviewers who have had a positive cultural mart wits (or proven relevant wits in recruitment) to help us send increasingly enthusiastic young people to the States! You will wilt part of the local representation ofZanyAmerica, so unconfined interpersonal skills are a must.  We are seeking candidates with both strong written and spoken liaison skills in English, who are worldly-wise to manage their time/workload appropriately. Our interviewers use a bespoke Online Applications system, we therefore require candidates to have regular internet access. Candidates must moreover be personable, approachable, be prepared to mentor and motivate the applicants, and substantially nurture them through the using process. Based on your own experiences, you will be asked to share your stories and encourage potential applicants to recognise the skills they have to help them make the most of their application, whilst still maintaining the standards set by the company. The key-element of the role will involve pre-screening potential applicants during a 45-60 minute squatter to squatter interview, where you’ll follow a specific framework outlined in the wide-stretching training you’ll receive fromZanyAmerica. Our training includes interview techniques, safeguarding procedures and safer recruiting techniques.
