TheZanyAmerica Head Office is made up of a number of variegated departments; Applications, Visas, Police Check and Payments, Marketing,ConsumerService and Medicals. Each department has a number of positions designed to help through their specific work load. All of the positions are based in our London office and will have variegated start/end dates based on their duties and peak times. Although you may be hired in one department we do require all of our seasonal staff to be flexible and happy to take on a number of variegated tasks when asked - if you've been to zany you'll be used to that! As well as the specific positions in the office there will moreover be the opportunity to help out at our flagship events such as; Info Nights, Recruitment Fairs and Orientations. Who are we looking for? We're unchangingly looking for people who have had their own positive and enjoyable zany experience. Whichever department you're working in your ultimate goal is to help our applicants through the process as smoothly as possible and set them on the way to an incredible summer. We're looking for people with a strong work ethic and with skills in; communication, teamwork, self-motivation, consumer service and preferably some admin experience. Throughout the season the work load can get very taxing and may require some evening and weekend work. We want people in our office to have the same positive energy and enthusiasm for the programme that they did on camp. We’re looking for people who have unconfined consumer service skills, are confident on the phone and ideally have participated in the IYLA programme yourself or worked on a Girl Scout Camp. Who we are looking for - proactive staff who are well organised, have good consumer service skills, can handle large volumes of work efficiently and have good sustentation to detail.  We currently have two roles misogynist within the interviews department one on a temporary understructure and flipside offering a full-time stock-still term contract. What the roles involves – working with our interviewer network to ensure that theZanyAmerica using process runs as smoothly as possible. Creative use of social media is important as well as stuff well-appointed liaising by email/phone with referees, applicants and interviewers. Hours of work are 9.30am to 5.30pm Monday to Friday, with the occasional weekend/evening work.  Both roles will start immediately and will run through to at least April/May 2019 . Pay is £9 per hour for the temporary role, plus self-ruling lunch and holiday pay.
